I was listening to the book “Good to Great” by Jim Collins today and one of the things he was pointing out was that if you’re going to be successful, the order is first who, then what.

What that means is that it is more important who is “on the bus” then where you are going at that moment.  Get the right people on the bus, get the wrong people off the bus, and get the right people in the right seats.

In your endeavours, do you have the right people on the bus?  Do you have the right people in the right seat on the bus?  Do you have the wrong people off the bus?  What can you do to ensure this?
